This page describes what this website does with personal information. It is a processing notice for this site specifically, not a substitute for the SGDataInt Group privacy policy.
What this site collects
This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookie-based profiling. It sets no cookies of its own.
The only personal information it collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, the organisation or context you give, and the free-text message describing what you need. Nothing is collected from you anywhere else on the site.
What happens to a contact submission
A submission is validated and then forwarded to the SGDataInt team responsible for the enquiry type you selected. You receive a reference for the submission in the response.
The submission is not written to a database by this website, and its contents are not written to server logs. The site records only non-identifying operational data about the request — the reference, which enquiry type you chose, which fields were filled in, and how long each one was. That is enough to diagnose a broken form without retaining what you wrote.
Where no delivery destination is configured for an enquiry type, the response tells you the message was accepted but not delivered, so you are never left believing a message reached someone when it did not.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. As with any web host, Vercel processes the technical details of a request — IP address, user agent, timestamp — to serve the page and protect the service. That processing is governed by Vercel's own terms.
Your rights under POPIA
South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act gives you the right to ask what personal information an organisation holds about you, to have it corrected, and to ask for it to be deleted. You can also object to its processing.

Authoritative policy
The Group-wide privacy policy is owned by SGDataInt Legal. Where it and this page differ, the Group policy governs. This notice covers only the behaviour of this website.
